Our HR department reviews your initial application. If you are successful we will contact you within 5 working days to invite you to an interview. If you haven’t heard from us after working 5 days we’re sorry we haven’t got a vacancy for you at the moment.

If you have been successful at the Initial Review phase you’ll be invited to attend a one to one interview at our Bolton office. The interview format will depend on the role you have applied for. However, you will always be interviewed by a member of management and given the opportunity to tell us a bit about yourself and why you think you’d be an ideal fit in AMS. Please remember that we want to know about you as a person not just that you have experience. We will let you know within one working day if you have been successful.

If you are successful at interview, we will send you a link which will allow you to tell us about your work history and provide us with all the relevant identification which we require before you begin your onboarding. Please be aware that this can take up to 15 minutes and you will be required to complete all the fields required before we can finalise your application. Once you have submitted this our team will be in contact within one working day to arrange a date for you to begin your onboarding where you will meet other members of the AMS team, learn about the company and be given your uniform.
